Privacy Policy

What Bizmo collects, why, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated 2 August 2026

DRAFT — pending legal review. This policy is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It describes our intended practice; if something here conflicts with what we tell you in writing, ask us.

What this site collects

This website collects nothing about you on our servers. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracking cookie. We do not have an account system and you cannot log in.

The one thing stored on your device is a preference: whether you are viewing prices for the US or Bangladesh. It is kept in your browser's local storage, never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

The enquiry form on this site does not submit to us directly. It assembles your answers into a message in your own WhatsApp or email client, which you then review and send yourself. Nothing reaches us until you press send, and nothing is stored in between.

What we collect when you contact us

When you get in touch or engage us for a service, we collect what the work requires:

  • Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
  • What you told us about your business — the service you want, your timeline, where you are based, which marketplaces you sell on.
  • Information needed for filings: proposed company name, ownership details, addresses.
  • For identity verification, a view-access link to documents you host in your own cloud storage. See “Identity documents” below.
  • Correspondence with you, so whoever picks up your case knows what was already said.

Identity documents

Bizmo does not host your identity documents. You upload them to your own cloud storage — Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or similar — and grant view access to a Bizmo-controlled account. You keep custody of the originals and can revoke our access at any time.

We store the share link, the provider, and a note of what you shared, so we know where to look and what to expect. We do not copy the files.

Those stored links are deleted 180 days after submission.

Please do not send identity documents as email attachments. If you do, we will ask you to re-send them as a shared folder and delete the email.

Why we process it

  • To perform the service you asked us to perform — formation filings, tax ID applications, bank introductions, marketplace setup.
  • To meet the identity requirements imposed on us by banking and filing partners.
  • To answer your enquiry and keep a record of what was agreed.
  • To meet our own legal and record-keeping obligations.

Who else sees it

Only the parties the work requires: the state or registry we are filing with, the IRS or equivalent tax authority, the banking partner considering your application, and the marketplace you are being set up on. Each receives only what it asks for.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes server logs including IP addresses as part of serving the page. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Records of work performed are kept as long as we are legally required to keep them, and for as long as they may be needed to answer a question about a filing we made on your behalf. Document-share links are deleted after 180 days regardless.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for future contact. Some records we cannot delete — a filing already made with a government body is a matter of public record, and we may be required to retain our own copy.

We respond to requests within 30 days.

Children

This service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

Changes and contact
