What happens after we file.
A formation price that ends at the filing is a price with a second half you find out about later. Here is the second half, before you buy.

- Every US entity has an annual cost after the first year: the state's own report or franchise filing, plus the registered agent whose first year your package covers. It is the first question a careful buyer asks and the one most formation sites answer with silence.
